Pivot instant uair?

Is this very well used at all? I've actually been able to convert into a uair juggle on some Marths (like in the middle of a string) using this tech. Is it better to do pivot nair instead?

I couldn't give you the answer to which is better, but pivots can help extend combos very effectively. Pivot aerials, as well as pivot grabs are great
