Pivot Fsmash?

I see no thread based on new mechanics in Smash 3DS. I just wanted to check if Pivot Fsmash is a known mechanic? I only just figured out the timing for it myself, and I know I've seen a match where someone did a Pivot Ftilt so I'm guessing that's already known. Is there no thread about this kind of stuff?
