technically, that wasn't a pivot by the way. a pivot edge hog would be running then turning around pivotly. same effect though.

hey that's awesome lol. i was tryign to learn to do that today but i was trying to dash into it and couldn't get it. i'll try it walking and see if that works.

does dashing work though? if so, when you turn would it be a dash dance turn or one of those slower turns after the dash animation ends?

Dashing works, but dash pivots are super hard. For me. >.>

yeah it works. you need to pivot turn around, as in hit other side and release fast. yup its probably harder... more effective but less practical

I think for all intents and purposes wave shining to back dashing is faster, but this will turn into another one of those things I do all the time until I get it.
