Pit Glideshift

Can anyone tell me how to glideshift with Pit for wii remote and nunchuck together....

Do a normal glide, but just when you go into the glide animation hold your stick down.

I also have problems to perform them, cause the timing needs to be perfect.

Actually Glideshifting is the "Fastfall" glide, you do the fastfall right before you glide. Pit should move downwards a bit because of freefall, then he will glide.
