Hey Pit players. I made a video to help new Pit and Dark Pit players.

There's not a lot of helpful stuff out there for these characters, and I love playing as them, so I decided to make this video. It's part of my "Tips & Tricks" series - I've also done one for Samus so far. There will be more, so keep your eye out for them!

Very informative, thanks for the upload! I found the shorthopped Side-B to be particularly interesting, I'll definitely have to try that out and see how well it works. I'll also have to sit down and practice jump cancelled up smashes, looks like it could come in handy. You kept my attention for the whole 17 minutes, congrats :shades:

Ironically Upsmash will hit in front of Pit at the same level the blades look like they pass behind him.

Also up tilt is good in a weird way precisely because it's Pit's only non-disjoint. If a guy is right on top of you, and I mean you are both sharing the same physical space this is the only move that will hit them. It's not a situation that comes up often but it can happen. I've also used it to pop up people who have just gotten past the range for my up smash, aren't enough in front of me for f-tilt to land and if I try to jump and n-air I'll eat their hitbox. Also not a situation that happens a lot.

I know this is 2 months late, but thanks so much for this video, very resourceful. :) A lot of new info I haven't found yet (I've been doing the jump-cancel up-smash for awhile, and I've just now realized what it is lol, and how useful it is for combos and mobility)
