While watching this video [ http://smashboards.com/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=162 ], I noticed that the Pikmins, if kept alive for a certain time, began to evolve like they do in the game (leaf -> blossom -> flower). Does anyone know whether this growth highers the damage the pikmin do/the knockback of their attacks? It'd make sense, since growth is what the original game is all about.
Once again, I have no proof for this, nor do I have the conviction that what I'm saying is right. Since I do not own SSBB myself yet, I'd be pleased if someone could test this for me. In the meantime I'll be watching videos trying to find proof
