Pikmin

What do you think about having captain Olimar as a character in Brawl? I think he could be really good, he would throw pikmin at people and maybe spray people with his bitter spray. I was thinking that he could throw lots of pikmin, but they would die easily, and every time they die he gets 1% or something, but they could be used for lots of things like bridges and fighting or retrieving items. I think he could be a very interesting character. Any ideas or comments?

He has a good chance of getting in, considering the icon theory, but he just doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

He would make more sense as an AT rather than a whole new character to me. He just doesn't really have much going for him other than throwing different varieties of Pikmin...
