Pikachu's long Up-B

I've heard of people being able to use Pika's Up-B in such a way that the distance gained is much more than a regular Up-B. Does anyone know how to do this/how it works? Thanks.

Put the second direction in neutral quickly so that Pika's slide motion extends.

Anyway i think i showed you this before...or maybe it was joe who showed me. anyhow i dont remember but what everyone says is very true. back to neutral before the last agility ends
