Anyone remember that video Project M showed with Pichu at the end? I'm wondering if there's any news about it, or what you think about his inclusion.....or if I'm being lied to.....

I would be fine with Pichu coming back, assuming it got appropriate changes to make it viable and distinct from Pikachu.

I think the most logical choice is to give it something akin to Ivysaur's Solarbeam, where it progressively builds up a powerful special move as it hurts itself. I could easily see "Discharge" being a powerful radial attack around Pichu with size / power proportional to how much static power Pichu has built up.
