pichu for brawl

i honestly was never a big fan of pichu being in melee.i thought he wasnt a great character(bottom teir) he was never actually that popular in the actual pokemon series of games or shows, and theres only a hand for of people that use pichu(cuz pikachu was way better in my opinion).so who really thinks that pichu, above other pokemon, is going to be in brawl?
