Phantasy Star Online EpII challenge mode

I have Pso plus, so I can play EpII challenge mode. I'm looking to get S-Rank time. Does anyone have any ideas on what team I should use. Right now I have two HuCaseals (guns important in later levels) one HuCast (good tank) and one HuMar (Can use Resta and isn't fragile like a Force.

Also, I'm having a hard time finding people to play with. Everyone is stuck on Brawl. Any ideas on how to pry them away.

RaMar's literally can't do damge after C1. This makes them useless in bossbattles. The RaMar's HP rivals that of the FoMarl, which isn't good. He can't see traps and his tech usage is the worst of all tech using characters.

He might be useful in C1 if a dim weapon drops, but after that he's worthless.
