Personal Tiers?

What characters are you personally best with? S tier would be your main and secondaries. A tier would be characters you are pretty good with and could main if you wanted to. B and C tiers are characters that you switch to often when playing for fun. D tier are characters you never play, but don't dislike. F tier are characters that you hate and never play.

IC's are super trash in PM. They have a horrible neutral game and now only get maximum 30-40% off a grab, their only saving grace is their pseudo chaingrab which can be DI'd away. I really think they should put back some infinite, as they really are bad in PM.
