So lately I have been trying to work on making my movement with marth better by getting full perfect wavelands on platforms.

However I cant always seem to get the most out of my length whenever I practice them.

Is there some way to do this so I can always get the most distance covered by my wavelands?

Fastfalling makes wavelands easier (obviously can't rely on this since sometimes your wavelanding onto platforms).

It's mainly about getting as close to the horizontal as you can and just practice. I'm pretty sure you can actually straight horizontal waveland with every character (but easiest with Ganon) but it's pretty difficult to do consistently.

For platforms I like double jumping backwards before wavelanding, I feel that upside down characters give full wavelands a lot easier since the airdodge is more easier to see horizontally. For example on Yoshi's if your Captain Falcon and you run off double jump backwards you can just hold left or right and perfect waveland every time when his head is upside down right above the platform.

So fastfall, hold horizontal fully after down, and double jumping backwards thanks I will practice these when I play today :]
