Perfect Pivot ending facing forwards?

In PHaZeX3R0's video Online Moments 10, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ij0bCIkymy8) at about 0:35 he perfect pivot dtilts towards them while dtilting the same direction. I have been unable to figure out how to do this, whether it be turning around to dtilt or if theres a technique to perfect pivot while facing them. If anyone knows how or can figure it out I'm all ears thanks.

It's not a perfect pivot, he just turns after landing and dtilts off the momentum caused by that.

Oh maybe thats it lol. It seems like a rediculous amount of momenum from simply landing though. Thanks

Might be an in place dash, or a simple turnaround from a pivot.

You can face forward after a perfect pivot. It just takes some tricky, almost impossible to do willingly, movement of the control stick (at least for me XD)

Basically just PP > slightly move control stick the opposite direction where you're facing, quick enough to turn around during the end of the PP, and slow enough so you don't run

But in the video it does seem he's using the landing turn-around momentum to dtilt. (I think someone made a video on that...maybe BSD?)
