I spam whatever I want lol. Its not my prob if you can't get around it. 
Key thing to know. If you keep falling for it, they're going to keep doing it. Force yourself to get around it. I mean Ness's attack aren't hard to get around (if your playing a good Ness then of course its going to be tough)
All of his special have a lot of lag on them and can easily be punished. Players usually spam PKT for mind games and from what you wrote it working very well on you so their keep doing it.
