Peak hours for Eastern US Players?

I've been playing on FG for a bit, but the input lag is driving me a bit up the wall (especially as a Little Mac player against other players that seriously know what they are doing: .25-.5 seconds is way too much!). I've done what I can with the internet, so I'm wondering if I could time my play sessions so that I play during peak EST-ish hours. I've also never played using NNID codes, so I'm not sure if that would help the issue.

Anyways, does anybody know when peak Eastern US hours are? Or peak US hours in general? Is there someway to see where somebody plays from when I match against them in FG?

Around 3PM EST to 1AM PST (or 4AM EST). But generally, it's around late afternoon till an hour or two after midnight.
