Just wanted to see what everyones best move and parts farming methods are.
Trophy Rush with DK spamming down B seems pretty effective.
Smash Tour gives some, but takes too long.

and lastly
playing classic mode, spamming Home to freeze the screen, and unpausing + holding down A when i see a wrench.

what have you found to be the best parts and moves farming methods?

Perhaps it's just bias from having gotten every single custom on the 3DS version, but I find that the U version is far more generous in its handing out of customs. I just do Classic (working on challenges) or Special Orders and tend to get a lot of them.

Smash Tour gives loads of trophies/equipment/moves, but it takes time. No idea how effective it is given its length.

It is more generous. I noticed that as well.
