I think he's a good idea. Just picture his move sets.

standard B - hammer - not an extremely strong move but it's pretty straight foward he pulls out a hammer and hits people

up b - paper airplane- he turns a paper airplane and flys up then straight and then down

side b- tippi- tippi comes snd does a head bonk

down b- earth treamor- mario jumps on a cyrstal star and the ground jumps

those are his b moves you decide a's and the final smash

also his taunt should bethe super paper mario croud chearing
