Paper Mario Thread

HEY guys I was wondering if anyone agrees with having paper mario in Brawl. He is unique in someways to the original mario. Heres a moveset Ive come up with to make him different then Mario:

Special Moves.

B- Boomer- Mario uses the Pixl boomer and tossses him at his enemies. Theres 5 seconds for boomer to explode howeever if you press B again Boomer can explode on demand.

B-down-Bum Drop-Paper Mario uses Pixl Thudley to ground pound.

B-left/right-Barry- paper Mariouses the pixl Barry spins around with a barrier and spikes sticking out.

B-up- Cuddley- Use Pixl Cuddley to hover to safety

Grab- throw Thoreau to grab opponents.

Final Smash: Star Shower- A barrage of shining stars come flying down from above.

Anyways Paper Mario is just an idea I am just wondering if anyone else would Like to see him in Brawl.

I, for one, do think he'd make an interesting character, and a part of me wants him to be playable. However I can see why people would not want him in.

if thats gonna be the case he would be the next MR game and watch.....however the moveset looks very interesting

Yeah It would be pretty fun to play as him but the thing is Wind Waker Link is an option so why not Paper Mario? I think he deserves a shot.

Why not use moves from all the PM games?

Have Parikarry or even Carrie as his Up + B.
Smash B could be Koops or Kooper.
Down B could be Barry or Bombette.
And maybe have Boomer be his Neutral B.

In any case, I think Mr. L would be a better Paper Mario rep. Think about it...

Guarantees Luigi a seperate, unique moveset from Mario.
PM gets repped without "another Mario".
Villian count goes up.

It's a win-win situation.

BTW, his Up-B would probably his Airplane move from TTYD. At least it would make sense.

I'm indifferent about Paper Mario being in Brawl, but I think your move set needs to be worked out a little. It's based completely on Super Paper Mario.

B: Hammer. Well, you know what that does.

Side B: His tornado dash from the first game.

Down B: Ultra Jump. Or whatever you call it... if you've played the first one, what you do when you have the Ultra boots.

Up B: The Airplane from TTYD. You'd get a bit of lift, then form into an Airplane. Actually, in that form, couldn't he technically be a glider, also?

Final Smash: I'd think Star Storm, but that's the only move I can think of now... there was a really strong Star move from TTYD, but i can't think of it!

The only Paper Mario character on the poll is Vivian.

If anyone is fit to represent the Mario RPGs, it's Geno.

You're talking to someone who mains with Luigi...

I think Luigi as Mr. L would be a good step towards seperating Mario and Luigi without sacrificing anything other than a 50% clone moveset for a 100% not-clone moveset.
