Smash Wii U Panda Hat: Hardest Hat To Get Outside The Challenges?

So I'm down to one more headgear, the Panda Hat. However, I've tried for days and I still haven't gotten that hat yet. Is it(one of, if not) the rarest hat in Sm4sh?

What could help is what part of the game where you remember getting a panda hat.
Maybe I'm looking at the wrong places.
A little help could work.

I think all the headgear have the same chances to appear (I'm not 100% sure). I remember getting three Panda Hats in Crazy Orders, they have been a little bit common for me, what I don't seem get is the Dragon Helm (the only one left), I have been trying to get that since I got the game (1 week after release), and I don't have it yet.

But yeah, if you want you can go play a lot of Crazy Orders, I got 'em there like I said.

Frankly, there are no headgear parts that are rarer than others. It all just comes down to luck with which ones you pick up first.

Obviously, of the 45 random headgear parts that exist, your odds of getting a new headgear part decreases for every new headgear part that you pick up. And the number of random headgear parts will increase up to 48 if you get all the three headgear parts that are only available by clearing challenges.
