PAL Texture Hack For Roy?

I was just wondering if it was even possible to get Roy in the PAL version of Brawl via texture hack. I tried a few times with The Homebrew Channel, Gecko OS, Cheat Manager 7.0 beta and the PAL version of the code needed. However, my Cheat Manager would not activate the code and thus Gecko OS read "No SD codes found". I'm thinking I may have mixed PAL data with NTSC-U data and that's why it wouldn't work. Does anyone happen to know where I could find all the necessary data/codes for the PAL version? If so, it'd be a great help if you could post it here or link me to a post, thank you.
