PAL File Replacement code?

I need a PAL code for music and textures, I've looked through threads before but I never found a working code. I know one exists because I have a friend with the code file, but this is useless when I want to use other PAL codes as well as I can't edit the code file. I only want the code if it's tested and definitely works, it would be greatly appreciated as I've been looking for this for ages.
