I play melee mostly and a little bit of smash 4 and I'm free everyday except Friday and Saturday

Cool, I'll probably show up around then this Tuesday. Are you bringing Melee or Sm4sh? If Melee I'll be about 8 years of rusty. I can also bring Sm4sh if you need/want.

i will have a smash 4 set up however im not sure if the owner will be super open to a ton of setups since our scene is still small but like i said there is a smash 4 event next saturday and they need as many entrants as possible, i sadly will be in Nashville that weekend for an event myself.

Like, what exactly is it?
Is it a tourney? What will it cost, if at all? What time will it start? Rulesets/Stagelists if any?
These details are helpful because I could probably get a handful of people to go if they knew more details on it.

I'll be there tomorrow and Saturday. Is Kumite the event you're going to? Not sure on the date but I had tossed around the idea of going myself and decided against it. Either way sounds like I'll see you around 5ish tomorrow.

yeah kumite is the one im going to i however got the bad luck of being put into m2ks pool XD and arctic as far as ruleset/entery fee and all that i will know for sure tomorrow assuming the manager is there, if he is not then i will call him and ask regardless i will know all that info by tomorrow at the latest. Also I will be wearing a gray jacket with a black skull girls shirt and I will probably be there a little early to set up

Ok so the event isn't a tournament so much as it is a big lan party type thing that will have other games as well as smash 4, however there will be a permanent smash 4 set up Saturday night, and it is a 10 dollar entry it starts at 8pm and goes until 12 am on the 10th so this coming Saturday. if you need anymore info feel free to message me. if this event has a good turn out i think i will be able to start having weeklies on Mondays hopefully.

Oh hey, I only thought about it later but I forgot there is 5-8 player smash now. When there was 6 people wanting to play we could've tried out 3v3 or 6 person FFA. Tbh I've never had that many people to play so far. I don't mind using the gamepad or a 3DS as a controller if need be.

as for Saturday probably not and as for the weeklies it all depends on the interest of the players that end up coming, i know that most of the local people that play don't really play melee, and i myself don't play it that much, however if people come and want to play melee i would be all for that. also as far as stage list and rule set it will most likely be using an apex stage list and 3 stock rule set at least to my knowledge.
