Over-B

Over-B has mad priority and cancels out many charge attacks and can be used to recover safely from edgeguarders like Ike. I can find a few uses like canceling because of its priority, but can anyone think of any other uses?

That's pretty much all I can come up with. I don't like using it as a straight up attack. I don't use it much, period. I prefer Mach Tornado to recover from the side against an edge guarder.
