Ive been using this team and its been working really well. It wins almost every game. Im just wondering if you guys have any critiques to make this team any better. The strategy of this team is to try and get a sweep with my lead and if not just try to win with my knowledge since the rest of my team is pretty simple but great.

Salamence (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake

I love this lead. It basically defeats all other leads. When they set up rocks I can Dragon Dance and if they try to status me I have a lum berry. This is Salamence's best set in my opinion. The only lead that beats it is Weavile and I have Darmanitan and Machamp for Weavile. I use Fire Blast over physical attack because Fire Blast beats pokemon like Foretress, Ferrothorn, Bronzong, and Skarmory.

Machamp (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: No Guard
EVs: 240 HP / 248 Atk / 12 SDef / 8 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- DynamicPunch
- Payback
- Bullet Punch
- Ice Punch

Another standard set. This pokemon has great defenses for all the power that it has. Comes in on pokemon that Salamance cant beat.

Darmanitan (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Encourage
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake

Every team needs a Choice Scarf user and this is the best by far. Flare Blitz + STAB + Encourage + Adamant = 2HKOing almost every pokemon. U-turn is a great move when I predict them switching. Rock Slide and Earthquake for type coverage, I almost never use those attacks though.

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Disable
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

My favorite pokemon Gengar is the best pokemon in OU in my opinion. If I get a substitute it screws choice users. Gengar also has great Speed and Special attack and a great movepool. Gengar never lets me down. Shadow Ball and Focus Blast are for type coverage. I use Timid over Modest because Speed is more important than Power.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic

Gengar and starmie are the only 2 pokemon who nhave been in OU all 5 generations. I needed to use both of them because of that. Life Orb Starmie is the best set. I tried Choice Starmie but it's not as good. Just a standard Starmie set.

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 84 Atk / 80 Def / 92 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ice]

I need a pokemon to set up rocks and be a wall with great power and Bronzong met the requirement. I hate Foretress and that Ferrothorn too. This is a great pokemon that kills a lot of pokemon with Gyro Ball. A lot of people underestimate Gyro Balls power. Hidden Power is Ice for Dragons.

Ill put more info later.

Ice Beam TTar lead beats Mence. Opposing Dragons tend to be faster, which beats him too.

Any particular way to beat Balloon Drill? Choice Scarf Haxorus?

What about Rain with Scarf Rotom-W? Or Sun period?

Haxorus and Excadrill lose to Machamp. Against Rotom I disable with Gengar or Gyro Ball with Bronzong. I rarely see Ice Beam on TTar and if so Machamp destroys him.

Haxorus and Excadrill lose to Machamp.
252 +1 Atk Life Orb Haxorus Outrage vs 240 HP/0 Def Machamp: 131.76% - 155.38%

252 +2 Atk Excadrill Earthquake vs 240 HP/0 Def Machamp: 106.3% - 125.2%
And that's with the stupid Balloon Jolly set.
Against Rotom I disable with Gengar or Gyro Ball with Bronzong.
252 SpAtk Rotom-W Thunderbolt vs 4 HP/0 SpDef Gengar: 64.5% - 76.72%
You never get the chance to Disable it because you're outsped and killed.

How do they get the bonuses. Bronzong would counter all of them.

Excadrill forces a switch from Darmantian, Starmie, any low-health Pokemon.

Haxorus forces a switch from a low-health Bronzong (Outrage does 40%), or anything that's paralyzed.

The point is CS Haxorus ***** him.

252 Atk Haxorus Outrage vs 240 HP/0 Def Machamp: 74.8% - 88.19%

Basically any residual damage that's over 1 layer of spikes and it's over.
