Canada [OTTAWA/GATINEAU] G-Anime Winter 2016 Melee/PM/Smash Wii U/amiibo Tournament

From January 22nd to January 24th, G-Anime will be hosting a Project M, Melee, Wii U and amiibo tournament. It will be streamed on this Twitch channel: http://www.twitch.tv/rudekaiser87
Here's what you need to know in terms of rulesets:

• 4 Stocks;
• 8 Minutes;
• No Items;
• No Auto L Cancel;
• No Turbo Mode;
• Chain Grabs are legal, but not infinites;
• Pause can either be enabled or disabled. If paused by accident, the one who paused must Self Destruct;
• If time runs outs, the tie is determined by most stocks, and then if still tied, by percentage. If percentage is tied, a 1 stock, 3 minute match is played;
• Giga Bowser and Wario Man are banned;
• You cannot return to a stage which you won on during a set, unless both players agree to return to said stage (For more info on stages, check below)

STARTERS:

• Battlefield;
• Pokémon Stadium 2;
• Smashville;
• Green Hill Zone;
• Yoshi's Story (Melee) [SINGLES ONLY];
• Distant Planet [DOUBLES ONLY]

COUNTER PICKS:

• Final Destination;
• Dreamland (N64);
• Fountain Of Dreams;
• Wario Land;
• Yoshi's Island (Brawl)

• 4 Stocks, 8 minutes;
• No Items;
• Stalling the match (Spamming 's Rising Pound* and 's Wall Bomber*) is banned;
• Glitches ('s Freeze Glitch* and 's Soul Stunner*) are banned;
• Pause can be enabled or disabled. Accidental pausing will result in a stock loss
• You cannot return to a stage which you previously won on, unless both players agree to go back;
• A tie is determined by most stocks, and then if still tied, by percentage. If percentage is tied, the match is fully replayed;
• Master Hand is banned

• Singles: 2 stock, 6:00 minute timer;
• Doubles: 3 stock, 8:00 minute timer;
• Items OFF;
• Custom moves are banned;
• Custom equips are banned;
  
• 1111 Default , and are legal characters. This is the default Mii provided by in-game.
  
• Transferring of Miis to the console is banned;
  
• ,,, and are legal for this tournament while and are not;
• All Omega Stages are banned except for Omega Palutena's Temple, which is equivalent to Final Destination.

• Only one amiibo per player;
• No equipement;
• Custom moves are allowed
• amiibo MUST BE LEVEL 50
