Other Megaman Characters?

I apologize guys for a second thread I hope you dont mind i was just curious who you guys would like to compliment the inclusion of megaman as a potential unlockable character ill list a few possibilities:

Zero
Dr Wily
Sigma
Protoman
Bass

which ones would work in your opinions sorry if it's been asked thanks for reading

One character per third party company.

Although Zero and Tron would be awesome.

Like swampasaur said, there's nearly no chance that a third party will have more than 1 character in the game. There's not that many slots for new characters, and sakurai doesn't want to squander one on two characters from the same third party.

I guess your right I wont make a new thread for it but what are your guys takes on the inclusion of say bomberman or a 2nd sonic character if sonic does make his return to the smash bros series like knuckles/tails/eggman/shadow or rouge for example hope you dont mind my replys thanks for your time guys ill look forward to posting here should be awesome when we get more info to go on

The best possibility to SEE another Mega Man character would be via Assist Trophy. In that department, so to speak, Tron Bonne and Zero are the best choices due to their popularity.

Tron Bonne could spawn a horde of Servbots to attack the summoner's enemies, while Zero could be similar to other sword using ATs.

Same story with sonic. I don't expect to see anyone but sonic.

I see them sticking only to the classic universe if there is any AT's, etc.

Though if there are stickers there could very well be other Mega Man series characters

This is a NINTENDO crossover, not an everything crossover. If one company got a second rep than the other third party companies will start to think Nintendo is being unfair to everyone (and making all third party companies have 2 reps would destroy the point of Super Smash Bros.) PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale had 5 guest characters from 5 different third party companies (Namco-Bandai Games, Konami, CAPCOM, 2K Games, & EA) and that's more likely what we'll see in Smash 4 (but I don't think we'll get 5 guest characters though). And Sakurai has stated many times that he won't add characters all willy-nilly.

Plus Mega Man alone is just fine.

I'm a huge megaman fan dont get me wrong guys it was just friendly question lol, non the less ill be happy with some inclusions to nintendo's own franchises such as star fox i think another team star wolf member would be great to see. im a classic nintendo fan so I unfortunately dont know all the company current standings for the most part if we could got toon link last year though who's to say this year we wont see paper mario.

Just like with Sonic and Snake, I'd say no to more Megaman playable reps. They can be assist trophies, trophies, stickers etc though. (And yes, this also goes for Professor Layton and other third party franchises. Not that he has any chance of making it in in the first place.)

As amazing as Tron would be, we can only ever have one rep per third party.

I really hope we get her as an Assist Trophy. She'd be great for that. Some kind of NES-related AT is more likely for Mega Man though.
