options for above falco

At a certain percent when I shine they end up above me after a single fullhop and a double jump creates to much distance and they're out of hitstun, so in this situation I always end up uairing, does anyone have any better options?

Edit: Was an idiot, wrong game :p Ignore me plz.

Yeah, double shine kills over the top, and at the edge shine to Dair kills them by spiking.

Double shine can get kills over the top pretty well against most characters besides spacies. (fast falling speed)

You can wavedash out of shine and then jump so that you can reach them at slightly higher percents (Also helps when reacting to DI). You can also wait for them to come down and Back air or just assault them with lasers.

I had this problem a little while ago, but I figured out how I handle it. If they're reasonably close to/past the edge and you've already committed to the full jump, FF for just a moment before hitting them with a rising dair. If not, a bair to force them offstage probably isn't a bad idea. If they're past like 120%, then uair can kill, so go for it if you know you'll get the right hitbox.
