op characters against ness (can i rant on here?)

ROB! (SUPER RANGE/ ness is super vulnverable in the air because he doesnt move as fast going right or left do his up a will kill you.
YOSHI! He is op seriously he has armor on every attack plus he can just projectile and is really instant with his attack with no lag
LUIGI! also has super armor with some attack plus they mostly neutralize ness attacks but since he has more hitboxes he will get the hit
AND A GOOD DDD. because ddd is just really good ha
LINK!! (PROJECTILES FOR DAYS AND SUPER RANGE ON YOU/FAST DODGE ROLLS)

with ness you have to get super close to everyone to hit them because he is so small. and only has the fewest hitboxes with his attacks. except forward smash of course

aghhh i hate how they think theyre so good when they beat you in for glory ha. they just dont know that they have a way higher advantage. sorry..

imo ness is one of the fairest characters in the game and i can see him as an actual fighting game character seeing as he is all neutral with his attack mostly. like his nuetral a its just 1,2,3 not like everyone else where they do so much continuous damage and get you stuck send you in perfect positions to get combo'd

i didn't count pk fire in this because everyone has learned how to avoid it by now and it leaves you wiiide open and i dont really use it that much

DDD's Gordo's can be reflected by Ness' bat and Ness has the best b throw in the game. He can use PK Flash to try and take out DDD's recovery as well.

I can understand some of your issues.. I have similar issues with DDD online cause it can be hard to time the hit on Gordos when there's lag but for projectiles you can absorb.. absorb them! most spammers will stop after you absorb their attack once and try and actually attack you then you can spank on em! But also remember Ness's PKT reaches further than most character's projectiles so if you gotta sit outside their range and PKT troll em then do it cause they won't stop unless you stop them and pkt is really good at juggling so try and use it in those situations. For yoshi who is probably the biggest issue on your list.. you HAVE to play aggressive if you stay in his face he can't hit you with eggs and ness is really effective in close quarters! Trust me these characters get on my nerves too but most are 1dimensional once you figure one Yoshi on FG you've figured them all out!

Terrible post but one thing, Yoshi does not rek Ness. Try using Nair.

I can agree with Luigi and maybe Link. Luigi is annoying to deal with because of the fireballs and his set ups. His smashes KO at pretty decent percent, too. He's got a way of gimping, but it's not safe for him. As for Link, nair > boomerang. You can grab his bombs and throw them back at him. His projectile is annoying, but there are quite a few ways around it and his speed somewhat hinders his ability to camp, unlike Toon Link. Yoshi can do good against Ness, but he doesn't exactly wreck Ness. I can't say much about R.O.B. Though I lack experience against this character, I've still managed to defeat him.

As a person who trains my Ness with my friend's Yoshi in SSB4, I can say that Yoshi definitely can rekt Ness. The MU I feel is slightly in Yoshi's favor since Yoshi is actually a very mobile and quick character when played well, something I feel Ness doesn't handle that well since I pretty much have to desperately chase Yoshi all day.

Yeah, I learned PKT is a great way to get some free damage on him at times. Just be wary of Yoshi's excellent aerial movement and the fact that a simple egg toss can cancel it or hit you. Turn into a PKT2 or ground cancel if Yoshi decides to get aggressive during your PKT.
