I am only seeing the hackles and homebrew options to download and not all 4. Am i missing something?

What other options would there be? Either you boot it through homebrew or through the stage builder.

I think you mean for 3.5 there were 4, as in there were wifi safe versions up for download, and now there are only 2.
Well these are full sets, but in order to get wifi safe, download the wifi files at the pm launcher and it should work.
