counterpicking can be explained simply as a system of picking maps. first you normally ban stages (players go back and forth banning stages to determine the map for game one) then normally after the first game the winner bans one (or multiple) stage(s) and the loser can pick from the starter stages (the ones banned in the beggining) or a select few other counterpick stages. Picking continues like this for the rest of the set unless the rules specify no further banning. theres also DSR which is daves stupid rule stating that you cannot take a player back to a map right after theyve lost there (unless that loosing player wants to) and yea thats basically it. Oh and "no johns" is basically like "no excuses" or "no babies"

just to clarify you're running wii u only this weekend correct? i was interested in trying to run some PM weeklies, was just setting up my framework and coming to post it on online tournament thread. you seem to be decently established with 50+ entrants despite saying it's only week 2.
