Custom moves, equipment not allowed. Mii Fighters allowed
Semifinals and Finals will be best of 3
If not on time for matches players will be disqualified
Anyone purposely causing lag to affect the match is disqualified

No stream as of now, if anyone has a stream account they may stream their matches

You should check it out. It's free and it allows you to create a bracket which is auto-filled when people join it and shuffled when the set time and date comes. It's convenient for things like this and just about everyone uses it for online tourneys.

Here's my schedule btw, for future reference:

Free on Wednesdays and Thursdays starting at around 1 PM
Free on Fridays until 11 AM, then gotta work
Free on Sundays until 12 AM, then work
Free on Saturdays after 5 PM
Mondays and Tuesdays...I'd be home at like 9 PM =P

So I think I'd have a good enough timeframe to do it.

Wouldn't a fair way to do it be, the first 16 who show up, and the rest are reserves for those who dont arrive on time to their first match?

Yeah that's basically what I'm saying, even the first 16 are not guaranteed to participate so I encourage as many as hopefully 20-30 replies to ensure every spot is filled for the tournament
