Online SSB4 Wii U/3DS Community voted Tier List

So basically this is a community voted tier list. (Including DLC) All characters start in C and move up places according to your votes. You have five votes. You can cast your votes the following ways 0.5, 1.0 1.5 or 2.0. REMEMBER: You are not voting for a character because you disagree with their placing on the tier list. You purely vote on how good you think the character is.
Here is an example of voting (This does not in any way count)

+2 So this means if Lucina is currently in C she moves to B+
-0.5 Lil Mac moves from C to C-
+1.5 Moves from C to B
+1 Moves from C to B-

You are not required to use all 5 of your votes. You could use any number under 5. HOWEVER If your vote exceeds 5 then the entire voting on your post in nullified and is not counted. If you then fix your post you must state in a separate post that you have changed it in accordance with the rules. You have 5 votes per voting period.

Voting is updated every day. New voting period occurs every five days. Next period: 3rd of July

+2 This guy is great. Monado adapts him to plenty of situations and he has great launching power.

+0.5 Up tilt combos, enough said.
+1.0 Has some very interesting tools for spacing.
-2.0 Just a slugish version of mairo without enough kill setups.
+1.5 With out a doubt the most damaging dlc fighter yet by being an improved Marth.

How do you put those faces?

When you post you see the bar at the top of the rectangular box you are typing into. There is a picture of a smiley face. Click on that. And then select Smash 4 and then you have the faces of the SSB4 characters.
