Online Smash 101

Before I start, I know absolutely NOTHING about how to play online anything. There was a thread on whether or not you can play Smash on a MAC, but I can't find it anymore.

If anyone is willing to give a brief definition for terms like Project64 and Kaleria (whatever thats called) and finally whether or not you can play online smash with a Macbook. What would I need to download in order to do play?

emulators and roms are no problem, unless i do need a specific one

First, get bootcamp, do that thing. Now your mac is essentially a PC. Then you can download project 64k, which is an online "emulator" (see dandan's index for linkz and stuff) then download the ROM (it's illegal) then ask us to troubleshoot any problems that come up (and they will come up). Essentially, PJ64k uses a program/thingy called Kaillera to allow you to connect to a server, where other people will be. You start a game, they come, you play, velly velly fun.
