online Mode Doesnt work Help!

Hey guys i have a huge problem with the online mode in Smash 4

• i am meeting the same people over and over again in 1vs1 FG no matter if i wait 1 min , 1 hour or even 1 day. but most of the time there is no one i can play with.
• i am also not able to join any regular smash tournaments
• but friendlist fights works like always

this problem comes out of nowhere and i dont know whats wrong or what to do.
PLS HELP ME

This is the Project M forum, but my guess is that you got into the so called "For Glory Hell". Google will probably give you a proper explanation.

i am wrong ?? i went to help and support is there a special one for smash 4 ?
