online lag causing villager to ride the gyroid

It's a muscle memory issue. You're used to holding down the B button until you see the gyroid come out, or something like that, and since there is lag, you unintentionally hold the B button longer, (at least that's what I think).

That's why for me it's harder to short hop with lag, because I'm waiting for the visual feed back of Villager leaving the ground to release the jump button.

I dont wait for a visual cue, but I hold side B until lloid comes out, cuz Im afraid at first that the input was missed at first XP

It keeps happening to me. never happens offline. about to give up with online villager, this is too crippling

Just tap side B...that's all....This is no real handicap...
