One slot Alt psa request for charizard blue fire!!

Hey i remember king jigglypuff made an alt costume slot psa for mega charizard back in project m 3.0. It gave him blue effects instead of his usual red fire effects. It would go great with the recently released mega charizard X wii u version that's on brawl vault!
Can anyone help? A tutorial maybe...
I'm really sucky at making one slot psa they make no sense to me haha
