Salamence
Life Orb
Intimidate @ Rash

Kingdra
Mystic Water
Swift Swim @ Modest
100 At/ 156 Speed/252 Spec At
-Draco Meteor
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Rain Dance

This is my weather pokemon, I like to throw it out and squeeze off a rain dance before I even show my starmie so the thunder is jacked in accuracy off the bat.

Starmie
Leftovers
Illuminate @ Timid
40 hp/216 Speed/252 Spec At
-Surf
-Thunder
-Recover
-Rapid Spin

I do know starmie has no need for all that speed so it would be helpful if you had any ideas where else I could distribute it. I also think I shouldnt be putting rapid spin on a cannon like this becuase it forces me to put it in the line of fire when I dont need to. Any suggestions helpfull.

Skarmory
Leftovers
Keen Eye @ Impish
240 hp/210 Def/60 Speed
-Drill Peck
-Rest
-Spikes
-Whirlwind

My easily destroyed annoyer. I never use rest but im not to sure how to replace it...

Umbreon
Leftovers
Synchronize @ Sassy
30 Def/240 Speed/240 Spec At
Baton Pass
Double Team
Hidden Power(dark)
Shadow Ball

Gosh I love double team. Shadow ball is a major question here and Im wondering how much I really need it.

Any suggestions on changes I can make are appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

-Hidden Power ICE
-Fake Out

Alright, first I'm going to assume this is a Shoddy team and not Wifi. As such, expect to see the ever present Taunt, Explosion, Stealth Rock @ Focus Sash Azelf. Everyone is using it and for you to screw up its strategy, you need Fake Out. This is how the battle should go: You Fake out and kill their sash, they stealth Rock, then you KO with Fire Blast. I personally like Fire Blast better because Flamethrower can fail to kill a Celebi or Jirachi. If you like the accuracy of Flamethrower though, I wouldn't hold it against you. HP Ghost was useless because STABed Fire Blast has more Base Power than a SE HP Ghost (120 * 1.5 > 70 * 2). I recommend HP Ice over it so that you can use Infernape to revenge kill Salamence and Garchomp, and to prevent Gliscor from stopping your sweep. I changed the speed stat up one so that you can outspeed other infernapes who only use 232 Evs.

Salamence
Life Orb
Intimidate @ Naive
188 At/252 Speed/70 Spec At
-Fire Blast
-Brick Break
-Draco Meteor
-Earthquake

The max speed is to make sure that at the worst you speed tie with other Salamences. Naive is better because with Intimidate, you can actually stop some physical attacks. Meanwhile, lowering your Sp Def doesn't really hurt, because Sally doesn't survive most Ice Beams anyways. MixMences are a ***** to Ev, but since you don't have a heavy hitter on the Psychical side, I think having more Atk than Special Atk on this guy would benefit you more. Fire Blast is better than Crunch for a number or reasons. Draco Meteor hits harder than a super effective Crunch will (140 *1.5 > 80 * 2) so whenever you might have used Crunch, you could Draco Meteor. Also Celebi/Cresselia are more heavily Defensively EVed, so Fire Blast, or Draco Meteor will do more damage than Crunch would have. Finally, Fire Blast makes it so that you can hit any pokemon for at least neutral damage and prevents Skarmory from walling you.

Celebi @ Choice Scarf
Natural Cure @ Timid
252 Sp Atk/252 Speed/ 6 Hp
Psychic
HP Ground
LeafStorm
U Turn

This thing should be the biggest surprise for the opponent. It allows you to kill things you have no buisness killing. You can revenge kill Infernape, Gengar, bulky waters, choice scarf Heatran (who would be a real pain for this team) etc. Your team didn't really need Rain Dance considering it only really benefited Kingdra, who didn't really do anything different than Salamence or Starmie. This thing gives you some more resistances, another Status absorber, and surprise factor.

Starmie@ ]Life Orb/Expert Belt
Natural Cure @ Timid
40 hp/216 Speed/252 Spec At
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Rapid Spin

I do know starmie has no need for all that speed so it would be helpful if you had any ideas where else I could distribute it. I also think I shouldnt be putting rapid spin on a cannon like this becuase it forces me to put it in the line of fire when I dont need to. Any suggestions helpfull.

Im not a fan of Rapid Spin , however Rapid Spin isn't too bad on Starmie. Its more up to you as to when to use it at an appropriate time. I like Ice Beam over recover because Starmie will either be OHKOed or 2HKOed by most things, and Ice Beam gives you coverage and protection from Dragons. Natural Cure is the better ability, and Life Orb/Expert Belt gives your moves more power which is good for a sweeper like this.

Skarmory isn't too effective anymore. It can be Taunted, and most physical sweepers have a Fire move to kill it. Also, Spikes is inferior to Stealth Rock . For all these reasons, I would use:

Brozong @ Leftovers
Levitate @ Sassy
252 HP/ 128 Atk/ 128 SpDef
Hypnosis
Stealth Rock
Explosion
Gyro Ball

This guy will benefit you more than Skarm would. He walls the same things as Skarm, except has less weakneses, and supports the team better. Hypnosis is great, and Stealth Rock is the best move in the game. Gyro Ball hits fast things like Deoxys, or Yanmega, and Explosion can open a hole in their team allowing you to sweep.

Finally, that Umbreon was a mess. The good news is Spiritomb might be what your looking for.

Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Pressure @ Calm
252 HP / 140 SpA / 116 SpD
HP Fight
ShadowBall
Will-O-Wisp
Pain Split

This should be your Lucario counter and rapid spin blocker, two things Umbreon couldn't do. Hp Fight/Shadow Ball is unresisted, WOW stops physical sweepers and Pain Split allows you to heal your self.

Well Im done. I didn't really "rate" your team. However, I think the changes I made will yield you better results than what you had before.

thanks for all the help whiterob.
Ive followed most of your advice to the extent that i felt suited me.
The only situation I see here is the celebi over my kingdra. I understand what makes it the better choice but I'm not one to favor celebis. Any suggestions on what else I could use to fill the space?

Roserade might be better then.
1: It higher Special Attack, so even a resisted Leaf Storm would hurt their switch ins.
2: It has the same ability as Celebi, so you won't lose a status absorber.
3: It can absorb toxic spikes on your side, and can lay Toxic Spikes of its own.
4: It has sleep powder which Celebi doesn't get.

You'll lose the surprise factor, because Scarf Roserade isn't that uncommon, but it could be an alternative over Celebi if you choose so.

Or of course, you could just use Deoxys E or Chomp like everyone else. That is, assuming they won't be banned.

Wow whiterob, you practically rebuilt his whole team for him. Good call on the Pokemon replacements. I couldn't have done a better job myself! ^^

@ Albinoguy: Please include descriptions for your team and each of your Pokemon. This helps us give you a better rate so we don't have to search what your Pokemon outspeeds, kills, 2hkos, walls, whatever. Whiterob already did the job, so what you do now is up to you.
