One Character Slot, Separate Voices for costumes?

I've heard that it's possible to have different voice clips depending on the costume slot that's being used, using the PSA, is this possible/how can do this? I'm not experienced with anything outside of textures and images, so a tutorial would need to be specific. In this case, i just want to place Lucina skins over 5 of Marths skins in Project M (I din't see a PM workshop so I assumed this is the correct place), and have her voice clips for each costume, with the same moveset.

If this isn't possible, would be it possible to make Marth as a whole silent so at least Lucina won't have Marth's voice?
