Old Cheateu

Um.. where can I find the Old Cheateu? I'm trying to catch a Gengar so I can capture this pesky Mesprit.

P.S I caught my Dia;ga in a regular Poke Ball, am I incredibly lucky or is this occasional?

Eterna Forest, near the back, you will find some
bushes blocking a path. Cut them down, and theres the Old Chateau.

the pokeball thing is not that rare a thing to happen, unless it was on your first try and u didnt do anything to dialga like attack it or stun it.

Um.. I had only only one pok'eball left and Dialga's HP was still in the yellow with no Status conditions and I only had my Lv19 Riolu fighting it.
