I recorded some matches on my DVD recorder, and I don't know how to download them onto my computer...I know...I'm a newb...

...Like what? I know I sound like an idjet, but I've never downloaded any DVDs onto my computer, let alone a DVD+RW. I am so new to this that I don't have any of the software.

if you put the DVDin the PC, the computer will give you options. Someone will be "check folders" or something that, check and copy the files, but if the file are .iso, i don't know what you can do, you can extract the .iso file with ImgBurn

If your computer does not have a dvd drive but does have usb ports then your going to need some y adapters(2 female and 1 male) and 3 double ended male cords. The usb will be from the capture card.

tbh it did sound a little stupid, jk.. but I know this stuff as I did this with the last Batch of videos I uploaded.

What I did was I played the disc like a DVD movie... I believe I used VLC player. Play it with a screen recording program and record it, saved it as a video file (AVI, MPEG, MOV, WMV, etc) and upload those to youtube, if that's what you planned to do.

what programs can you use? Camstudio, if you're on PC. Screen Snapz if you're on Mac. May not be the best but that's what I can name off the top of my head.
