Marth/Lucina have a small window of intangibility at the beginning of their counter, before the actual counter stance.

Do you know at what frame it starts? exactly when it starts or somewhere between the purple glow?

Looks to be frame 5-6. The counter stance is active frame 6, so it's specifically on frame 5 that you get this kind of interaction.
