I HAVE INSTALLED PM OVER 20 TIMES NOW AND ITS NOTING BUT FREEZE IF YOURS DOSNT FREEZE AND YOU CAN STILL GET TEXTURES AND STUFF PLEASE HELP I CANT GET A TEXTURE WITH OUT CRASHING

.... First off, get off of caps lock. Second, what version are you using? And third, what textures are you trying to download?

Make sure you have no custom stages. There are some by default, so actually check, don't assume.
Download this file and put its contents on an SD card that is 2gb or less.
Put that SD card in your Wii.
Load Brawl the way you would if you weren't running PM.
Go to stage builder. Once you enter the stage builder, PM will launch itself.
If you get to the menu that says Play, Update, About, etc., and there is no music, and when you press play, it goes to a black screen and freezes, you need to update your Wii.
