Or wait! What if the NX technology is so good, MK9 and SSB5's servers connect and you are the stage hazards on the mario kart level!

I don't think there's going to be an SSB5 and this is actually a pretty good idea! I dig it.

"October 21th 2022. And then, when Luigi was almost getting in the first place, a Wario Motorcycle popped out! Wario simply farts in Luigi's face and say 'The Year Never Ends. WAAAA' and did a Death Stare in him, which made Wario winning."

Lying about my country.
I've dreamt of this since Brawl. It would be simply awesome. It'd be pretty much impossible from a technical perspective, as you'd basically have to include a majority of the Smash data in the Mario Kart disk and vice versa, then pretty much run both games at the same time when entering whatever modes ineract with the other game, but it's still fun to imagine.

They could do it with an Animal Crossing stage as well, the Animal Crossing characters in the background could be actual players who are visiting some sort of Smash stadium in their village, and maybe they could do certain stuff to mess around with the fight.

It wouldn't work. Imagine how many people would have to be linked together online and how horrible the lag would be.

If you mean like actual computers doing a set move over and over, that would be awesome. Connecting through wireless would be insane though, and if you want to play the track when no one is on then you're in trouble.

I...what is this thread?!
First the notion that SSB5 will not be a thing, then just this in general...

Children is a bit of a broad term. Here in the UK, Smash has maintained a consistent "12" PEGI rating here in the UK since at least Melee, so one could argue:
a) It is more aimed at preteens
b) The general audience differs between regions

Because, tbh, I don't ever remember the panty shots of ye olde Melees and Brawls being aimed at 5 year olds. Nor is Snake. So yeah, children is a rather generalised term.

I really don't think panty shots were put into smash to target an older audience... And yes, children is a generalized term, it refers to children. But if you're asking what i was referring to, I meant young people. Which again is a generalized term, it refers to young people. We on the same page now?

Pots like this are the downside to playing a game that's intended for children.
You DO realize that Melee and Brawl are rated T and Smash 4 is E10+ right? Not entirely "meant for kids". In fact I am sure the major demographic of Smash players are mid to late teens followed by early twenties.
