Oh, um, hi..

Hi, my name's NightlyComet, or just Nightly to keep things short. I've been playing Smash ever since I was a kid with Melee over at my friend's house and later sunk so many hours into Brawl and Smash 64. When Smash 4 came out I got really interested in playing competitively after playing with my friends and finding out more about the competitive scene. I generally main Jigglypuff, especially in Smash 4. I just find her so much fun to control and play as. It's difficult to explain, just something satisfying about it haha. I've always wanted to attend a local tournament or something, and I'm kinda hoping the SmashBoards will help me with that.

As for other stuff, I love video games (as I'm sure most of the people here do haha). Game design and atmosphere in games is particularly fascinating to me. If I had to pick my favourite game, that'd be Yume Nikki without a doubt. I think it's beautiful and brilliantly designed and it really resonates with me on a personal level. Sorry, I'm rambling. ^^;

As for other interests I have though, I really enjoy films and analyzing film-making techniques. I'm also a cartoonist and animate sometimes. Seeing how I like to draw, obviously I'm also a fan of cartoons and animation, especially cartoons from the 30's and 40's. I also like the occasional anime (I'm a big fan of Lupin the Third).

But anyways yeah, I'm hoping to have fun here on SmashBoards c:
