I need to find a great animation program that ISN'T Flash. Flash provides too much and it's too much for me. All I want is something that will allow me to overlap video so I could, like, copy something frame by frame and the ability to include music so I could animate in tune to the song. ALL THIS IN 2-D. I really did try in Flash, but I've ran into many a problem.

I would give Toon Boom a shot, we have it on our computers in our animation lab, but I've never been able to use it, however, I've heard good things about it
