Odditty regarding Roy's color swaps?

So ever since I downloaded the newer version of P:M from the site, I've noticed a particular problem regarding some color schemes for some characters. Don't remember all of them, but I know ROY is one of them for sure.

The problem is that when I choose Teams, and I select RED team Roy, the background appears red, but the portrait color swap is GREEN. Fortunately, the game still loads his RED outfit when the game begins. It's just the character select portrait that has swapped outfites between Red <> Green teams.

Anybody else noticed this little issue? I know it's not a huge deal, but it looks akward.

P.S. Despite me supposedly downloading PM v3.1. it still says 3.0. Could that possibly be part of the issue?

Happens to me, too. Also, all of my Roy stock icons are white Warios, Mewtwo's are black Marios, Doc Mario's are green Marios, and Ocarina Links are Dark Link...
