I'm wondering about how drastically sound effects and music shift between the right and left channels depending on where the action is taking place onstage/onscreen. For example, if a character dies on the left blast zone, is the sound louder through the left speaker than the right one? If so, by how much? I'm doing a bit of research for the purposes of improving/expanding the audio of the stream setup at weeklies I attend, plus I was just generally curious :)

My best suggestion would be trying it with headphones and see exactly what you find. Some people just told me that if you get KOd by the left side of the screen, you won't hear anything on the right.

Really, all you need to do is watch some videos with headphones and pay attention to which ear the sound comes out of. I can testify that KOs on the left will be heard with your left ear.
