odd glitch I came by on for fun smash

I do not understand it. I'm villager but my character never appeared on the bottom, I was a pickachu with constant 000%, a bunch of stock, macs meter, and shulks jump. Has anyone encountered this before?

The photos are in reverse chronological order and you can see that I was first and third player on a game of Internet, no team, for fun smash.

This has been seen before, and I'm pretty sure its just a random glitch, as far as I'm aware.
