Announcing North Carolina's first Project M only regional hosted by Frame Zero Gaming and Midstate Massacre. Thanks to a collaboration between FZG and the MsM tournament series we will be bringing you PM:Unchained from the UNCC campus. Big thanks to Alex Lawing for this opportunity and I am looking forward to working with him to bring the best Project M experience possible for you guys! For more information and to keep up to date with the event the best be sure to follow the event post on Facebook HERE.

Preregistration: PM:Unchained Prereg Form
Preregistration is a vital part of any large scale event to make things run smoothly and ensure proper seeding and projected numbers. We are now live for Singles and Doubles preregistration plus other information we may need. All side events will be day of registration and they will have an entrance cap so first come first serve. You can save yourself money by preregistering and getting $5 off your venue fee. If you can bring a full setup (CRT & Wii w/ PM3.6b installed) and preregister you will get in for free! Please fill out the form as thoroughly as possible.

Location: Campus Map
The event will be held in the Barnhardt Student Activity Center in Salons B&C on the 2nd floor. This is a very large open space that can house 200 people and should be more then enough for our needs. I'll update this image to better show the building, parking, and best travel route but for now look at the campus map (Building 46.)

Prices:
Venue Fee: $10
Singles Entry: $10
Doubles Entry: $20 per team
Side Events: $5

Update:
So since the reveal of PM:Unchained I have been trying my best to find a suitable yet not too expensive of a venue to accommodate the large scale numbers I want to expect. I have attempted to contact multiple hotels, conference halls, and the student union at UNCC, but either I have been getting no calls back or pretty much outrageous prices. With no potential for a large scale venue my choices were change it to a Sunday event and take the entire Play It Again store or reach out to other Charlotte area TOs for help.
In hopes to bring you all the best possible experience I chose my second option. So I'm happy to announce FZG will be colabing with the Midstate Massacre tournament series run by the UNCC Fighting Games Club to bring you PM:Unchained. Big thanks to Alex Lawing @v4extreme and the rest of the club for this opportunity and I hope we can have more final information for you. Our working date right now is October 10th in one of the large UNCC Student Union multi purpose rooms (preferably GHI but no guarantees.)
Thank you all for your patience and understanding with this planning process. I truly am trying my best to bring you all the best possible Project M experience. Hope to see you all there!
